The well appointed and well equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob, a full size fridge, and a
full size freezer. Also provided is a microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle and blender. All crockery, food preparation and
eating utensils are provided. You name it - it's there!! An initial supply of fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar are
supplied.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, vanity mirror, radiator and a colour television. Bedrooms
2 and 3 have twin single beds, wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, vanity mirror and radiator. Linen is provided, except towels,
and beds will be made up.
Car parking is on the road at the front of the caravan or in the marked parking bays on the tarmac area at the side. No parking on the grass.
Heating, cooking and hot water are by bottled gas, and there are always two large gas bottles connected. The electricity,
water and sewage are connected to the mains. All gas and electrical eqipment are safety tested annualy and certificates
available in the caravan.
All utilities are included in the rent.
Park Resorts Cayton Bay
Park Resorts Cayton Bay is situated on the coast 3 miles south of Scarborough, 8 miles north of Filey and 15 miles north of Bridlington. The holiday park is a holiday within its own right with all its attractions.

Local attractions in Scarborough include the Sea Life Centre (with Seal Rescue Centre), the ancient castle and the fish market. In addition there are the usual seaside holiday resort attractions.
Within an hours drive of Cayton Bay you will find Whitby (22 miles) with its Abbey, Captain Cook Centre and museum and the Dracula Experience!!
Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo (15 Miles), Eden Camp, award winning War Museum (WWII POW Camp), Kinderland, York (34 miles) with its famous Minster, castles, city walls and the Viking Centre, Staintodale Shire Horse Farm and the North York Moors Steam Railway - an 18 mile journey through the Moors plus railway interest attractions.
The local bus service stops outside Reception and the beach is just a five minute walk from the Park.
All in all the perfect family/adult holiday (no single sex groups allowed).
