The site adjoins Brean Leisure Park with facilities including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, funfair, big screen entertainment, bingo, takeaway and snack bars, fishing lake (rod licence required), golf, horse riding, dog walk, bike hire and much, much more!

Around and about are open top buses, various large car boots and markets and just 3 miles away is Brean Down. 3 miles in the opposite direction is Burnham On Sea, and approximately 10 miles is Cheddar Gorge and Wokey Hole.

The price includes free gas and electricity, a welcome pack of bread and tea etc., and all the Entertainment passes you require (normal cost is £3 per person per day).

You need to provide your own towels, tea towels and bed linen unless you require a linen pack at a cost £10 per booking.

No smoking inside the caravan and no pets allowed at all. Please feel free to smoke in the garden.

A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required per booking (care and respect bond) which, when the caravan is cleaned and everything is fine, you will be refunded the Monday following your departure.

The holiday will run from Saturday 2pm to Saturday 11am. However, we can accommodate short breaks, but not Bank Holidays and during the summer holidays.

Quilts and pillows are provided but you must supply your own linen.
