The caravan is heated by a gas fire in the lounge and hot water is provided by a combi boiler.

Electric and gas is FREE.

The caravan also has parking for 2 cars, a large fenced in garden with patio area, lawn area and chip bark area with patio furniture.

This is a NO smoking and NO pets caravan.

Inside the caravan you have everything you need including duvets and pillows, iron and ironing board – you just need to bring duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels.

The caravan is sited on a quiet pitch close to the play area near shops etc and within walking distance of entertainment facilities.

Passes are not included in the price but can be purchased at reception upon arrival.

Park rules state no same sex groups and any person making a booking must be 21+

The deposit and bond secures the holiday and should you cancel your holiday your deposit is non- refundable.

If the caravan is not left clean the deposit will be kept for cleaning, also any damage or loss of keys.

Holiday Resort Unity

At Holiday Resort Unity there is lots to do including: Brean Leisure Park, piglet club, swimming pool, Amusement arcades, tenpin bowling, on site entertainment, restaurants, café and much more.

The beach is just across the road

You can get the bus into Weston from opposite the main entrance at Unity Park other activities to enjoy include fishing, golf, pony trekking, gymnasium and over 30 fairground rides.

Also on site you will find a hire shop for go karts, cots etc, a well stocked supermarket, excellent places to eat and drink, a takeaway, a play area and much more.
