The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker with extractor hood,
microwave, toaster, kettle and the usual cooking utensils and crockery you
may need.
In the lounge there is plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, DVD player etc.
There are also some DVDs to keep the children amused. The dining area has a
table and seating for 6 with plenty of storage cupboards.
Our holiday caravan is situated in a lovely peaceful spot on Southview and
overlooks a small pond where you can expect to receive a visit from the
resident ducks.
There is hard standing for two vehicles at the side of the caravan.
Safety is paramount and as such we provide a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms
and carbon monoxide alarm.
Booking Conditions
The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons.
Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (Site rules).
Families and couples only.
Lead name must be over 21 years old.
No pets and no smoking inside the caravan.
A £50 per week deposit is required to secure your holiday. New bookings will
be held for 5 days to allow for deposit money to be received. This is
deducted from the holiday value and is non refundable. The balance is to be
paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
A £100 security bond is required against damage and breakages. The bond
will be returned to you on provision the caravan is left in a good order,
clean and with no breakages.
Payment is accepted by direct payment into bank, PayPal or cheque by
arrangement.
Southview Leisure Park
Southview Leisure Park is Lincolnshire`s premier 5 Leisure Park situated
just a few minutes drive from the seafront of Skegness with all its shops,
amusement arcades, lively entertainment and wonderful attractions for the
family.
If you fancy leaving the car there is an excellent bus service which runs
direct from the park reception.
At Southview you will find all the usual family facilities plus many more to
keep everyone occupied during your stay: Indoor heated swimming pool with
Jacuzzi; gym; 9 hole golf course with putting green; fishing lakes; bowling
green; snooker lounge.
If you wish to use all the facilities, family passes can be purchased from
the Reception on site.
Local Area
If you fancy a trip off site, as well as Skegness there is Mablethorpe,
Chapel St Leonards or Horncastle if you fancy a bit of antique shopping.
There is the National Trust property of Gunby Hall or Gibraltar Point if you
require something a bit more leisurely.
Donner Nook beaches in November/December are worth a visit for the baby
seals that can be seen.
