The kitchen area consists of a newly installed calor gas boiler, which provides hot water, and a double drainer stainless steel sink unit with cupboard space above and below.

Basic cleaning materials will be provided. There is a calor gas cooker with oven and other equipment including an electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave and a fridge freezer. There is sufficient crockery and cooking utensils to cater for up to 7 people.

The lounge area has a large L shaped corner seating area for relaxing and eating, a coffee table, cupboard space and dining table with two additional stools. A colour TV with video is available and films can be supplied at £2 per night from an extensive list if required. Children's films are available free of charge.

There are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, which will help to relax and unwind you during your stay. Outside there is a small sitting area with table and chairs to enjoy eating and drinking whilst planning your daily activities.

There is plenty of parking available adjacent to the caravan on the main drive next to the stables.

The holiday caravan is located near Arreton village at the central heart of the Isle of Wight. Its position offers a unique opportunity to enjoy outstanding natural scenery located at the edge of Arreton Down, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

There are wonderful country walks nearby across St Georges and Arreton Downs and the seaside towns of Sandown and Shanklin are within easy distance by car - only 5 miles away.

Other attractions nearby include Arreton Manor, Arreton Barns Craft Village, Robin Hill Country Park and the picturesque village of Godshill.
