The spacious double bedroom has fitted wardrobes on one side, a lovely dressing table with shaver point and yet more storage above. There is a fabulous en suite shower room.
There is a twin bedroom, again with masses of wardrobe space and the beds could be pushed together to make a double if required, still leaving plenty of room to manoeuvre around the beds.
The spacious lounge has a large 3 piece suite, comprising of a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofabed and an armchair. There is a 32" TV, Freesat has been installed and a DVD player. The fire is a lovely feature which can be worked by remote control. Patio doors lead out onto the front decking which is a great size, we have put a table and chairs out here, beautiful to relax and enjoy your morning cup of tea on a summers morning.
The fitted kitchen includes a large built in fridge freezer, full size oven, microwave and all the utensils you will need. The cupboards are also stocked with salt, pepper and sauces. All we ask is that if you finish a bottle would you please replace it. The added bonus in this van is that there is also a washing machine installed. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs and is situated next to the double patio doors to the side of the van.
The bathroom room consists of a corner bath with shower hose attached, a basin and toilet. A heated towel rail is also in this room which is really nice.
This caravan is equipped with upgraded double glazing and central heating so you will have no problems keeping warm on those colder days.
The outside space consists of grassed areas to the front and side, the decked area to the front of the van, a large patio at the side of the van, we have a table and chairs here, and a private grassed area to the rear of the pitch with yet another small patio area, these are situated beyond a trellis which is covered in a pretty white clematis.
Linen is provided for your convenience, but we ask you to bring your own towels.
The cost of gas and electric is included in the price.
All we ask is that you treat this much treasured caravan with the respect it deserves.

Weymouth Bay Holiday Park
Weymouth Bay Holiday Park has the added bonus of 'buy one get one free' as
far as amenities are concerned. If you decide to purchase the funworks
passes you will then be eligible to use the facilities at its sister park,
Seaview.
Haven have spent £2.5 million refurbishing the pool area which was only
re-opened during May 2011. It really is a fabulous area, with a number of
loungers and chairs around the edge if you just want to watch the kids
splashing around in the pool and coming around the 'lazy river'.
Haven provide kids clubs form 0-16 years with lots if daytime and evening
entertainment and sporting activities. There is a lovely soft play area for
the little ones and an adventure playground.
There is Kart hire on site so you can peddle around and check out the area
or try a spot of crazy golf.
Inside you will find amusements, mini ten pin bowling and pool tables.
There is the fabulous Oasis Bar & Grill to try with its lovely menu and
range of drinks, or you can pick up a pizza at Papa John's pizza hut. Visit
the Showbar for your evening entertainment. There is something to keep all
the family occupied.
There is also a launderette on site and Spar store for any last minute bits
and pieces that you may have forgotten to pack.
FREE Wireless internet is available on site - logon details are available
from Haven staff members.
Local Area
Just outside the top end of the site you will find a pub and a chip shop for
your convenience.
Within a 10 minutes walk over the fields at the back of the Park you will
find yourself at Bowleaze Cove beach. Here you can get a drink or something
to eat or just sit down on the shingle beach and relax.
A bus stops about every 20 minutes just outside the Park entrance, which
will take you into Weymouth. For the more active you can walk, but it is
about 3 miles away!
In Weymouth you can enjoy the expanse of golden sand and take a paddle in
the shallow waters which makes Weymouth beach fantastic for little ones.
Take a stroll along the beach and watch the famous sand sculptor at work;
let the kids take a ride on the donkeys. For the adults why not sit and
enjoy a drink in one of the bars or cafes at Brewers Quay; take a boat ride
out to sea and try your luck at catching your tea; browse around one of
Weymouth's many shops or just take in an ice cream and enjoy the views.
Approximately 3 miles from the Park you can visit the Weymouth Sealife
Centre or try your hand at a round of Pirate Crazy Golf.
Slightly further afield you can visit Portland with its lighthouse.
Within easy driving distance you can visit Lulworth Cove and Castle or
Durdle Door with its natural stone arch, which is the subject of many
paintings and photos.
Take a day trip to Swanage and take a ride on the steam train past Corfe
Castle.
Monkey World is popular with the children along with the Bovington tank
museum.
Abbotsbury Swannery and Sub Tropical gardens are well worth taking a trip to
see. Along the stunning Jurassic coastline you will be spoilt with the
breathtaking views.

again to cover all the bits you missed the first time.
