We provide an information pack with ideas of places to go and visit as well as tips on getting the most out of your holiday in Hemsby.

We can even supply everything you need for the younger members of the family too, including travel cot, highchair, bed sides and booster seats - all free of charge! Just ask when booking.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, but the travel cot will only fit in the lounge area. Bed linen is provided free of charge on full week breaks only.

Sundowner Holiday Park

The Sundowner Holiday Park is a lovely, well maintained, family friendly park just 10 minutes walk away from the glorious sandy Hemsby beach.

A bus stop with regular services to Great Yarmouth and all the local tourist attractions is situated by the main entrance so once you have settled into your chalet you may choose not to use the car again until you leave. There are plenty of car parking spaces available close to your chalet.

All the chalets are set around safe grassed areas in a cul-de sac arrangement, where it is safe for the children to play and make friends allowing you can sit outside your chalet watching the world go by.

Most of the chalets on Sundowner Holiday Park are privately owned and this helps keep this park such a friendly and enjoyable place to stay.

The Sundowner is a quieter site so is ideally suited to families or couples wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday, yet it is close enough to all the main facilities and the hustle and bustle that can be found in Hemsby and Great Yarmouth.

On site facilities include a launderette, small amusement arcade and club house with restaurant.

Nearby off site facilities on Newport Road include Sunningdale sports bar with pub grub, amusement arcades, a general store selling groceries, food and holiday goods, a fish & chip takeaway, various Family clubs with family and kids entertainment nightly (some are free and some charge a small entry fee), a family diner/restaurant, and an indoor swimming pool (located on Bermuda Holiday Park).
