The lounge contains a very comfortable suite with two reclining chairs, a flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview, plus a dining area. There is also a piped music sound system to all rooms.

Outside there is a patio set and private car parking.

For your safety the caravan also has a smoke and carbon monoxide voice alarm.

Free gas and electricity is included.

Bookings & Conditions

This is a five star family resort; Haven do not cater for groups of male/female parties.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

We reserve the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made, and the deposit will be lost.

A £50 damages deposit is also required, to be paid with remaining balance, which is returnable within 7 days of departure after the caravan has been checked.

No smoking or pets allowed.

Fun work passes are not included but can be purchased at main reception.

Berwick Holiday Park is a five star holiday park, situated next to the beautiful Northumberland coast; the beaches are 5 minutes walk away.

Berwick town centre is about a 10 to 15 minute walk past the golf club and the historic walls. The rail station is at the top of the road, again 10 to 15 minutes away

Places to visit in the local vicinity include the Elizabethan walled town of Berwick with an abundance of cafe's, restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, Holy Island, Northumberland beaches, Banburgh Castle, Seahouses, Condundrum House, Paxton House, Farne Islands, Alnwick Castle & Gardens, Edinburgh (approx 1 hour drive), St Cuthberts Cave, Pot-a-Doodle Doo Conundrum Animal Farm, Cheviot Hills, about 10 miles away.
