Dinning area has table & 4 chairs leading to lounge area with 2 settees, a 32" LCD flat screen TV (cable ) with freeview & dvd & some dvds and a digital c.d radio, a feature electric fire.

There are french doors to the front overlooking the lake, and the main french doors from the kitchen to decking. There are quality fixtures and furnishings through out.

The willerby has double glazing ,gas central heating,and is insulated ,to give comfortable living. It is free mains gas and electricity.

All bedding , duvets, pillows, and linen are provided with the main & twin freshly made up for arrival.

NO smoking and NO pets in our holiday home.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

We reserve the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made, and the deposit will be lost.

A £50 damages deposit is also required, to be paid with remaining balance, which is returnable within 7 days of departure after the caravan has been checked.

Funworks passes are not included in the price, but can be purchased from main reception - please ask for further details.
