Parking is next to the caravan and being an end/corner plot you have the privacy of hedgerow rather than another caravan on the access side. The plot also gets the sun all day until nightfall for those long barbeque evenings.
Fully equipped the caravan includes:
Double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and sink;
2 twin rooms - one bed folds up to make room for cot.
2nd shower room with toilet and hand basin for the 2 twin bedrooms.
Flat screen TV with DVD player and freeview. (There is also a flat screen TV with dvd and freeview in one of the twin rooms for the kids.)
Full central heating and double glazing.
Full cooker, fridge, 3 drawer freezer, microwave oven, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
A brand new patio set and barbeque for you to enjoy all we ask is that you leave the barbeque clean when you leave.
Duvets and pillows provided - please bring own linen and towels (or linen and towels can be hired from Haven - please ask for details).
Free gas, electricity and water.
Sorry, strictly no pets or smoking in the caravan.
No single sex groups in line with park regulations.

Bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday (max 14 night stay). However, Bank Holiday weekends and other weekends are possible (except during school holidays) subject to availability.

Passes are not included in the price, but can be purchased on site at an extra cost. Site Facilities include:

Booking Information
When making a booking, a £50 non refundable deposit will be required unless the dates are within 6 weeks of commencement of your holiday, where the full amount is due.
A refundable £75 damage deposit is also requested and will be returned on completion of holiday subject to caravan being left in a clean and tidy condition and there are no damages or items missing.
Should you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your stay; all monies paid will be non refundable.
The £50 deposit and damage deposit of £75 equals £125 total (please write 2 separate cheques, this makes it easy to return your £75 damage deposit and will not be cashed unless there is a problem) must arrive within 7 days of the provisional booking and the remaining balance will become due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. We will send you a reminder for the balance via email when due. Should your payment not reach us by the due dates we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

The address to send your cheque will be sent to you by email.
A confirmation letter will be sent by email upon receipt of final payments.
The caravan will be ready no earlier than 3pm on the day of your arrival and departure must be no later than 10am on the day you leave.
Families and couples only please. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 or groups of single or same sex are not accepted.
Caravan hire price does not include Funworks Passes. These if required are available from Havens Reception on arrival at the park.
Smoking IS NOT allowed in the caravan.
Holidaymakers pets ARE NOT allowed in the caravan.
The maximum number of occupants in the caravan is 6.
Bed linen and towels ARE NOT included in the hire price.
The caravan is available after 3.00pm and departure is no later than 10.00am.
Gas and Electricity is included in the hire price.
Entertainment Passes
Entertainment passes are not included in the prices; they can be easily obtained when checking in at Haven.
