The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, 4 slice toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with ice box, all cookery, pots and pans etc. There is also an iron and ironing board for your use.

The caravan has a shower room with shower cubicle, sink and toilet, and a separate toilet too.

Our holiday home also boasts a large 21ft x 7ft veranda with table and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine at your leisure.

This is a 5* Gold Standard holiday home. We like to think that all our guests will feel that they are home from home, have a superb holiday and will want to come back year after year.

Kingfisher Holiday Park

Kingfisher Park has been owned by East Linsey District Council since the 1960's and therefore is very well looked after! It has very well maintained grounds with attractive flower beds and shrub borders.

Well known Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells is a first class site. It has 24 hour CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system for entry and exit of the site, which gives added peace of mind.

Kingfisher Park is ideally situated; whilst being quiet it is still in the heart of all the action.

Local Area

Kingfisher's adjoining sister site Coastfields Holiday Village, is only a few minutes walk from Kingfisher and as it is a sister site you are able to use ALL of their facilities! It has… a family show bar plus many other bars (some just for adults!), heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, amusement arcades, cafes, Chinese take away, fish and chip shop and much more!! Access to the pool and show bar are charged separately through daily or weekly passes. There is also the Sand Dancer public house, which is very nice for the whole family.

A must try is the Silly Billy's mega breakfast located near the Kingfisher site main entrance (2 mins from caravan) - not for the faint hearted! It has great entertainment and a fantastic ball pool play area for children!

Fantasy Island is but a 5 minute walk away, with all its rides and amusements for all ages, and has the largest indoor market in Europe. You also have many shops, cafes restaurants, bars and amusement arcades close by so you don't have to travel by car for anything you need.

Butlins is a 5 minute car/bus journey, so again loads to do there as day passes are available.

I would also highly recommend the Water Cable Ski Centre opposite Butlins, it's GREAT FUN!!!

There are also local fishing lakes and golf courses etc. Skegness main town centre is just a short bus ride or car drive away with its sea front, pleasure beach, ample shopping, restaurants and traditional pubs giving plenty of things to do for the big kids as well.

There is the animal farm close by, which the kids love as they can feed and interact with the animals.

The Blue Flag golden beach is a 10 minute walk away, where you will find drinks and ice creams on the sea front, so you really can spend the day relaxing the hours away if you wish.

All in all, there's more than enough to keep you happy and busy throughout your whole stay.

Booking Terms

A £50 deposit/bond is required (on top of the cost of your holiday) within 5 days to secure your booking, this is REFUNDABLE if the caravan is left clean and tidy, has NOT BEEN SMOKED IN, with nothing missing & no damage, loss of keys/card or breakages. Its not refundable if you cancel your booking or if your booking is canceled due to breach of the booking terms & conditions.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencing.
