Owner's Description

We have a comfortable 6 berth, 2 year old caravan to let, set in a sunny spot in a picturesque park.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as additional sleeping in the lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker and sandwich toaster. The lounge comes complete with TV and DVD, compatible with Playstation, radio and a number of books to read. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Also for 2006 we have a BBQ and a new veranda for eating your evening meal or just relaxing.

Gas and electricity included.

Towels not provided.

Coghurst Hall Holiday Village & Local Area

Coghurst Hall Holiday Village is set in a gentle sloping valley stretching out over 50 acres of woodland. It has a large, well stocked lake for keen fishermen. On site facilities include an indoor pool, jacuzzi, exercise bikes etc, great clubhouse with entertainment, pool table, darts, play areas, sports field, woodland walks, launderette, convenience store and the Loopy Rabbit club. Coghurst Hall Holiday Village is having a refit for 2007 e.g. club house, cafe and shop.

In the area, 10 minutes away by car, is Hastings seaside resort, which has a pier, Sea Life Centre, loads of arcades, crazy golf and children's rides. Also, you will find the East and West Hills with Smuggler's Caves and superb view overlooking Hastings and the sea.

15 minutes away are the historic towns of Rye and Battle. An hour's drive will take you to Port Lymne Zoo. There are a number of golf courses in the area as well as paint balling.

Coghurst Hall Holiday Village is open from the 4th March until 4th Jan
