Owner's Description

Our luxury 6 berth caravan is in a sunny secluded spot with private parking, has a lovely view over the hills and is situated close to the lake.

Being less than six months old the caravan offers double glazing, central heating and a feature gas fire. The lounge includes a 20" LCD flatscreen television with Freeview channels and a DVD player.

It has a very modern black and chrome kitchen complete with microwave, integrated fridge and separate freezer, 4 slice toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, sandwich toaster, stainless steel oven and split level hob, wine rack and iron and ironing board.

Alongside the kitchen is a dining area complete with glass panelled beech wood dining table and chairs.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both of which have ample storage space. The third bed is a double pull out in the lounge.

The bathroom comprises of a tub style bath and shower, toilet, basin and shaving point. There is also a separate 2nd toilet.

Butlins Minehead

All Butlins passes are included in the price of your holiday (with the exception of Spring Harvest and the Elim Bible Conference). For those who enjoy golf there is a challenging links course next to the site and fishermen will be pleased to know it is free to fish the lake.

Minehead's lovely sandy beach is directly opposite the holiday park and the town is just a five minute stroll away where there are many lovely restaraunts, bars and shops.
