The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all the usual kitchen utensills including crockery, knives, forks etc. There is also a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm as well as an ironing board, electric steam iron and vacuum cleaner. We have also provided a hair dryer for your added convenience.

The modern white bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and electric panel wall heater.

We have also recently had a patio area laid with seating area and also there is ample car parking to the side of the caravan for your convenience.

Our holiday caravan for hire is within walking distance of the beach and Ingoldmells. Also only a short drive away to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe, Chapel St. Leonards etc. There is also a local regular bus service to Skegness too.

All we ask you to bring with you is your bed linen, towels and tea towels.

This is strictly a NON-SMOKING holiday home and sorry we do not allow pets.

As Butlins is a family resort they do not allow single sex parties, i.e. all girls or all boys and no groups under 21 years of age.

The £50 holding deposit will be refunded after your holiday within 7 days as long as there are no breakages or damage and the caravan is left clean and tidy after your stay.

Please note: on 18 certificate breaks children are allowed on the main site but not into the adult entertainment.

Prices include gas, electricity and your Butlins passes for Butlins facilities and entertainment.
