The caravan has a shower room and separate toilet.

For your convenience we have provided an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and hoover.

We also have a second caravan (ref 316 on this website) which is located on the very popular and often said to be the best position in the Butlins caravan village, 'The Retreat'. With only 19 caravans it is in a quiet and peaceful position.

Butlins Skyline Holiday Village

On site facilities include local shop, club, entertainment, launderette, and with in a few minutes walk is the Butlins Skyline Pavilion where you will find everything from live entertainment, kids' disco, food, drinks, games, cinima, chippy, pizza, pool, sports room, tenpin bowling, snooker, go-karts, fair, slot machines, supermarket, etc. etc. etc.

Splash Waterworld - whatever the weather`s like outside, it's always tropical in the wet and wild Splash Waterworld. Shoot down the flumes and water chutes, ride the rapids of the master blaster raft ride, or just wallow with mates in the shallows and enjoy the waves - it's all included in the cost of your break. An outside pool is also available.

Spa Treatments - get pampered in the spa. There are treatments from manicures to facials, as well as hot tubs, saunas and a steam room, so chill out and have some fun.

There are loads of activities to keep the kids happy whatever their age and you`ll have just as much fun too. With a huge line up of activities whatever the weather, you`ll have something new to do every time you visit! During the evening you`ll be spoilt for choice with fantastic comedy shows, music and dancing - just sit back and enjoy. Plus as always, you can expect to see kids favourite characters both on stage and around the resort.

Entertainment Passes - included in our price are passes to Butlins entertainment which allows you unlimited access to all Butlins facilities and entertainment during your stay.

There are so many things to do at Butlins, and throughout the season events take place such as 90`s reloaded, 60`s weekend, We love the 70`s, 80`s Madness, Festival of Football and many others.

Out & About

If you feel you may need to venture out of Butlins, Fantasy Island is on the doorstep with a big open market. Also, within a short distance is Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards.

There are also many local pubs with entertainment and bingo of course; I would recommend 'The Cherry Tree' pub just outside Butlins for good food, drink and live entertainment at the weekends.

Fishing is available at Sycamore Lakes, and Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve is always worth a visit during your stay. There's also a stock car racing stadium, local golf course, Skegness Water Leisure Park, and of course lots of golden sandy beaches.
