Owner's Description

This is a 2009 Bluebird Sherborne caravan, measuring 39' by 12', plus decking, with harbour views. The very similar 2010 version of this caravan has just won the best caravan award.

It is a top rated 'Platinum Standard' caravan with a contemporary design and slab cream gloss units with walnut surround. Double glazed with full gas central heating.

Sited in a quieter part of the park in a cul de sac, the caravan is just 2 minutes walk from the beach at Rockley Sands, yet easily accessible to all the facilities provided by Haven (leisure passes to be bought separately from the holiday centre).

Lounge - Plain hopsack unit seating (which can form a 4' double bed) additional tub chair, 19" flatscreen with Freeview and DVD player with some DVDs, electric contemporary fire, and French windows opening to southfacing decking with lockable gate.

Rockley Park is a five star Haven site, which is very well looked after. Facilities include:

Outdoor sports centre with football, basketball, archery, fencing, crazy golf, bowls, trampolines and bike hire.

Climbing wall, abseiling, climbing wall. Luxury spa complex. Refurbished beach cafe and sailing school

Children's play areas and amusement arcade. Spar shop, restaurant and bars. Laundry facilities. Ham Common including lake, fishing and another small beach.

Holidaymakers will have to buy amenity passes for themselves.
