Both caravans have a full cooker, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, gas and electric heaters.
All gas, electricity and VAT is included in the price.
A washing machine and tumble drier is also available at the farm.
We are happy to have well behaved pets. We have fields in which they can run, but not where the few sheep are! We would request that they don't sit on the seats unless you bring a cover for them to sit on, thank you.
Misty our sheep dog is very friendly and loves to make new friends. She is highly intelligent and thinks she is human, but is equally friendly to canine friends too.
We can offer you an alternative to the usual caravan parks; peace and quiet with scope for children to play and use their imagination playing in the countryside. Take time to unwind and enjoy the wildlife and glorious colours in the plant life.
The large equipment (e.g. tractors) are not used every day, just at certain times of the year but our sons are happy to give tractor rides after work.
We have a few small bikes, footballs, Lego, DVDs etc.
Local Area
There are lovely quiet roads for leisurely walks and also nearby a beautiful reservoir. Horse riding is also available at the local stables.
We are only 20 minutes from St Andrews and the East Neuk, lots of lovely FREE beaches and parks, and much else within a short travelling distance:
museums; a hands on science centre; Scott's ship, the Discovery (Dundee); Royal palaces; botanic gardens; Sea Life Centres; wonderful farm shops including the great fun 'Cairnie Maze'; delicious places to eat and specialty Italian Ice cream shops.
Edinburgh is only 1 hour away, with an excellent train service from Cupar, and Perth 45 minutes. We are on the edge of the Highlands so day trips can be made to picturesque areas e.g. Pitlochry, some of the Glens, Angus and even Aberdeenshire.
You can have a lazy or a busy holiday, the choice is yours.
We hope you will make Ring Farm your first choice for a great and memorable holiday.
