The large living area consists of plenty of comfortable seating (which pulls out to make a double bed), a TV with freeview and a DVD player.

All bedding is provided; quilts, pillows and linen. All guests need to bring is their own towels.

There is NO smoking inside the caravan, but it is allowed on the veranda outside.

Gas and electric is free.

For your safety smoke alarms are fitted throughout the caravan.

A £50 deposit/bond is required on booking, which is non-refundable if you cancel your holiday, but will be refunded if the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition after your time spent.

Eastgate Caravan Park

The caravan is situated at the Eastgate Caravan Site, right next to Fantasy Island Theme Park and Eastgate Market. Fanatasy Island has a variety of rides for children of all ages and Eastgate Market holds a variety of stalls selling all manner of things.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away with lots of shops, cafes and arcades along the way.

Skegness is 3 miles away by car or there is a bus service that runs every 10 minutes.

Butlins, Skegness Stock Car Stadium, Hardies Animal Farm and a water park are all in close proximity.

There are also many fishing venues and three 1st class golf courses all within easy reach. There are also theme pubs and bars for the night's entertainment too.
