The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas oven with grill, iron and ironing board. The caravan has all the kitchen utensils available to you that you will need for your stay.

Outside the caravan there is a veranda with small table and chairs, as well as a bench on a grassed area.

The caravan has its own parking space for your vehicle.

All quilts and pillows are provided for your stay, but I do not provide bed linen or towels!

This caravan is available for rent either Monday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.

The caravan is only available for families. No stag or hen parties allowed - Park Rules.

Brown's Holiday Park

Brown's Holiday Park is a family run park which is well maintained.

The park has a laundrette on site, club with live evening entertainment, Sky sports shown on big screen, arcade, and children's play area. The play area and all gardens are very well kept. Wi-Fi is available for a reasonable price during your stay.

The park has CCTV which is monitored from the reception area, ensuring a safe stay.

It also has access to Towyn.

Out & About

Browns is located very well for travel in and around North Wales, with easy access to the A55 and coastal roads. The Welsh Mountain Zoo, Llandudno, Pensarn, Bodwellwydan Castle, Rhuddlan Castle and Rhyl Sun Centre are all within easy reach for fun days out, to mention but a few!

There is a weekly market at Tir Prince for all your bargains, which is within a 5 minute walk of the camp. Numerous gift shops, pubs, clubs and two small funfairs are within easy reach, and a local Asda is within 10 minutes walk.
