The modern kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge and freezer, gas cooker, kettle, microwave and toaster - along with everything you would expect to find.

The living room and dining area is contemporary and comfortable with generous seating area, built in dinette which comfortably seats six and electric fire. We have a 32" TV with freeview and dvd player, and a small selection of books and games and DVD'sfor those quiet moments.

Outside there is private parking on tarmac, and a patio area with a picnic bench ideally placed for you to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the wildlife on the nearby lagoon.

Our holiday home is sited on a peaceful cul de sac, yet only a few minutes stroll to either the main complex facilities one way, or the lagoon and beach the other. Pagham village is about a 10 minute walk away, and here you'll find local shops and take aways and family friendly bistro pubs.

Church Farm Holiday Village

Church Farm in Pagham is a multi-award winning Haven holiday park, that has had the benefit of a several million pound investment over the past few years. In 2009 the new Show Bar was opened, this is the venue for both day and evening entertainment - everything from the family 'Wake and Shake' sessions to visiting comedians and live bands.

Mash and Barrel lounge/bar/restaurant was freshly renovated in 2010 and has the benefit of a fabulous outdoor patio overlooking the heated outdoor swimming pool and children's play area. Free Wi-Fi is available here for all guests.

You can do as much or as little as you like on the park, take a stroll around the landscaped grounds, a round of golf on the 9 hole golf course or get back to nature on its own nature reserve. All the usual sporting activities are provided, you could even hire a bike or go-cart, and of course there are kids clubs provided for the children and the ever popular indoor swimming pool.

There is a very reasonably priced Spar shop on-site, along with launderette and Fish and Chip take away bar.

Local Area

If you fancy spending time exploring the local area Pagham is only 3 miles from the historic city of Chichester, not only the home to some of the oldest churches and buildings in England, but Chichester Watersports Centre is the main centre for water-sports on the south coast, with windsurfing, wakeboarding, water-skiing, kayaking and topper hire on offer.

Goodwood Estate is 6 miles away, with year around activities. A little further away is Weald Open Air Museum (14 miles), or stunningly beautiful Arundel Castle (15 miles), and of course Portsmouth (23 miles) which has something to offer for all the family from naval museums to the Blue Reef Aquarium.

PLEASE NOTE :- Prices do not include entertainment passes, these are available on arrival at Haven. Cost for 2011 season was £31 adult, £16 4-14 years in peak season. These will go up for 2012 but we haven’t yet been notified of the price.
