Living Room has a Flat screen TV & HD Freeview along with a DVD player. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player.

We have spent much time and money to equip it to the highest of standards having all you require for an enjoyable stay.

This caravan has been made a home from home maintained and furnished to the highest of standards as you will only appreciate on viewing. All furnishings have recently either been replaced or valeted therefore at this time spotlessly clean and we ask that only people who are willing to treat this as their own apply to rent this home.

In the Caravan there is a selection of magazines, board games & a games consel for you to enjoy.

Ideally max 4 persons only, but the living room has a sofa bed (for occasional use only) so the very max is 6 persons. Please advise how many persons it is for with your enquiry.

Bookings & Conditions

I offer the following (min stay 3 days weekend and 4 days mid week):

Monday – Friday / Friday – Monday / Monday - Monday / Friday – Friday. I also offer Saturday - Saturday subject to plenty of notice, but not July and August.

Offers are available for bookings of 14 days or longer, enquire for further details.

2012 holiday dates can be reserved with a deposit of £100.

2012 prices will still remain competitive and prices will not go up, subject to deposit being paid.

Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.

A £50 refundable security deposit is also required, which is returned subject to no damage or breakages.

Late deals must be paid in full beforehand, either online or at a bank for the purpose of speed. Sorry no payment at the caravan.

Quotes do NOT include passes.

Linen can easily be arranged but this is chargeable.
