Facilities on Southview Leisure Park include a 9 hole golf course, bowling green, fishing lakes, restaurant, pool, 3 table snooker lounge, solarium, gymnasium and sauna area, a licensed bar, amusement arcade and children’s play area.

Family showbar has had a large makeover and extension this year.

Please note: to use the above facilities you will require passes from the caravan park. The passes are optional and are purchasable on site, not bought through me.

Conditions of reservation

Electricity/gas is included in the price.

Payments: Cheques should be made payable to Lorraine Lindo or by paypal.

Cancellations:

1 to 7 days before arrival date no refund.
8 to 28 days before arrival date 50% refund.
Any days before 28 days only £50 to pay.

£50 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS ADDED TO THE FINAL PRICE WHICH WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR HOLIDAY ENDING. PROVIDING NO DAMAGE, LOST ITEMS

ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE FROM 1PM ON ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10AM ON DEPARTURE DAY.

Generally, we do not allow single sex bookings of more than 2 persons. The park reserves the right to refuse anyone admittance on arrival, e.g. for reasons of unruly behavior, or not having an adult present. Generally, we accept only family holidays, where at least one member of the party is eighteen years old or over.

No pets or smoking in the caravan.

Anyone or any group creating a disturbance, or whose conduct could give offence to others, will be required to leave the park immediately. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Full payments to be recieved 28 days before the holiday start date.

Please note we do not book short breaks in Summer school holidays.

The Club & Facilities Fee (these are purchased at the site)

2nd - 9th April & 28th May – 31st August £52 per caravan per week, £34 per caravan per short break

All other Dates £38 per caravan per week, £25 per caravan per short break
