Owner's Description

Our premium rated caravan is situated in a quiet part of Orchards Holiday Park, yet close to entertainment facilities.

It is fully double glazed and central heating throughout with a modern interior.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms; one double and two twin bedded single rooms. There is also a double bed pull-out out in the living area. All bedding and towels are supplied, even tea towels. In the main double bedroom there is also a hairdryer.

The lounge would comfortabley seat nine people and more if the dining area was used; the dining table will seat eight people.

There is a TV with freeview, DVD and video player also a radio and CD player all for your entertainment. We have also provided a selection of DVDs and videos.

In the kitchen there is a full size fridge freezer, large gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and one pullout ironing board, plus a free standing ironing board with iron.

In the bathroom there is big shower and a wash basin. The toilet is separate and also has a wash basin included.

Outside the caravan there is a BBQ and table and chairs. There is also plenty of room to park your car too.

Gas and electric charges are included in the price of the holiday.

Orchards Holiday Park

Orchards Holiday Park has a good selection of entertainment for your family, young and old. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, pitch and putt, two very good outdoor play areas, a children's club, large clubhouse, and a ports bar with Sky Sports TV.

Also on site is a restaurant, fish and chip shop, launderette, convenience store, and a casino and bingo.

Club passes have to be purchased by the holiday maker.

Nearby there is a golf course and fishing lake.

Nearby attractions are Colchester Zoo, Colchester Castle,Walton on Naize, Frinton on Sea, Clacton shopping factory outlets, plus many local markets and Mersey Island.
