Owner's Description

Our caravan is a 3 bedroom, 37x12 ABI Brisbane, with spacious living area and plenty of room to accommodate 6 people comfortably. There is a separate dining area within the lounge/kitchen, and it has a gas fire and TV with freeview.

The kitchen includes a gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, slow cooker, electric kettle, pots, pans and cutlery.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

There are 3 bedrooms; the first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and wall mirror, the second bedroom has 2x single beds, a wardrobe and mirror, and the third bedroom has 2x single beds and a wardrobe. All bedrooms have quits and pillows and are each fitted with a wall heater.

Seldons Golden Gate Holiday Centre

Our caravan is located on Seldons Golden Gate Holiday Centre in Towyn, North Wales. Facilities include a cabaret club, chip shop, launderette, mini market/shop, hairdressers, large adventure playground and sports/football court.

Within walking distance of the caravan site is the beach, Tir Prince market and car boot sale (open weekends and bank holidays) fun fairs, pubs, plenty of places to eat out and take-aways.

Places to visit in the area include Rhyl Sun Centre & Sea Life Centre, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, and the Welsh Mountain Zoo.
