Our Lounge has sprung seating for comfort and modern light colours makes this caravan highly desirable. There is also a small coffee table.

Front room has a colour TV/DVD, gas fire and the seating area which converts to a double bed

Our kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, plus all usual kitchen equipment.

Our main bedroom has a double bed. The next two bedrooms have sleeping for 4 people.

There is also a large patio area running the length of the caravan exterior and a large table and bench.

Lakeland Leisure Park

Lakeland Leisure Park has a variety of outdoor activities, games, and entertainment for the kids.

An indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor pool, family entertainment every evening, 9 hole golf course and smaller pitch and putt for the kids, on-site shop, launderette etc. Brand new for 2010 is the Mash & Barrel restaurant/bar.

Things to Do Locally

Nearby is the Lake District - visit Lake Windermere - cruise from Bowness or Ambleside - visit the village of Cartmel - South Lakes Wild Animal Park - World of Beatrix Potter - Holker Hall with landscaped gardens and collection of vintage cars - the Victorian resort of Grange over Sands - Wordsworth's houses at Grasmere and Ambleside... not to mention the nearby Cartmel racecourse!

Bookings

We usually only take full week bookings, but part-week bookings, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday, will be considered off peak ONLY. Please contact us for details.

NO smokers or pets allowed.

NO single sex parties allowed - this is a family park and this is Lakeland's own rule!

Your arrival time is from 3pm and you must vacate the caravan by 10am - this is to allow our cleaner sufficient time to thoroughly clean the caravan before and after your holiday.

Use of the on site facilities requires Funworks passes, which can be purchased on your arrival at reception; this is an extra cost.

Site amenities REQUIRING Funwork passes are the pub/club, bowling green, amusement arcade, tennis court, indoor pool, outdoor pool and the kids club.

If you book any two weeks together you save £50-£100.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

To confirm your booking, a £75 deposit will be required, unless the dates are within 6 weeks of commencement of your holiday in which case the full amount must be paid.

A deposit of £50 is required to cover any damages. On completion of your holiday (provided no damages have occurred) this deposit (£50) will be refunded within 14 days. Please note that this deposit is not part of the holiday payment

Conditions of Hire - (Lakeland Holiday Park Rules)

The hirer of the caravan must be 25 years or older and must be present during the occupancy of your caravan.

The caravan is only available to families and couples. Haven do not allow all male or all female parties.

No pets allowed.

No smoking in the caravan.

Any person whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks may be asked to leave by site security - in such an event no moneys will be returned.

All guests to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure to enable us to clean our caravan before the next guests arrive.

Premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Any losses, breakage, or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay is the responsibility of the hirer.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles during your stay.

Towels are not provided.
