There is a lovely family bathroom incorporating a shower, which, due to the large size and shape of the shower tray, doubles as a miniature bath (great for kids).

Outside is a patio area with table and chairs; lovely in the spring and summer. Beyond this area is our large fenced in garden; fantastic for you and your small children (knowing they can play safely in the garden).

Holiday Resort Unity

Holiday Resort Unity is a quality 4 star resort in Brean Sands. It boasts some of the best facilities in the South West including the largest funfair, a pool complex with flumes etc., a really good outside kids play area, daytime kids clubs and evening kids entertainment, an 18 hole golf course (par 71) plus a 9 hole pitch and put, horse riding, pond and sea fishing, tenpin bowling, amusement arcade, restaurants/take-aways, a Wimpey's ice cream parlour, a pasty company and more.

There is a well stocked Costcutter shop selling groceries at sensible prices.

The club RJ's is really good; early in the evening there is cash bingo, then the kids have Piglet funtime (has to be seen to be believed) - such energy!

Later in the evening the acts come on and do their bit. You can also eat in RJ's; a good menu with chicken, ribs, steak, pizza and more.

There are three other entertainment venues on site including Sky sports and an adult only bar.

Out & About

If you like to get out and about you are only two minutes walk away from 6 miles of dog and car friendly beach.

Burnham on Sea is just 4 miles down the road, which is a lovely sea side town. Further afield are Cheddar Gorge, the famous Wookey Hole and Weston super Mare.

You cannot see and do everything in one week - it is not possible!
