Owner's Description

Our well loved Sheraton caravan is double glazed with full central heating throughout. It is very spacious and comfortable, in excellent condition and sleeps 4.

The caravan is sited on The Paddocks and is in a prime location only 3 minutes from all amenities i.e. beach, shops, pubs, cafe's, fish shop, Indian take away, restaurants, laundry and a post office.

The Lounge has two cream leather reclining sofas, a coffee table and a lovely electric fire in the wall, plus a TV/DVD Freeview and a CD player. There's plenty of lighting and a ceiling fan for warmer months. Patio doors lead onto the front decking.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker, fridge freezer, built in microwave/combie, wine rack, toaster and sandwich maker. A door leads to the side decking with a patio set (smoking area).

Bedroom 1 is a large double room with en-suite, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space plus a mirror and vanity unit. There's also plenty of lighting.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, over head storage, 1 wardrobe, a bedside cabinet and mirror.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, basin vanity unit, shaving socket and mirrored medical cabinet.

Pendine Sands Holiday Park & Surrounding Area

Pendine Sands Holiday Park has an indoor swimming pool, a club house ( The Venue ) where there is nightly family entertainment, The Duck Inn, a play area and activities throughout the day.

Pendine has 7 miles of stunning flat beach which is ideal for cycling or walking.

There is so much to do and see in the surrounding areas; Tenby and Saundersfoot are very pretty towns with beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. There's Laugharne, the home of Dylan Thomas and also Laugharne castle. Folly Farm, Manor House Wild Life Park (owned by Anna Ryder Richardson) and Oakwood Theme Park are all a short drive away.

The places to visit are endless.
