The lounge has ample around wall seating, a flat screen 22 inch TV with built in freeview and DVD player, and a collection of books, DVDs and children's games. There is also a door guard to prevent small children from leaving the caravan.

We also supply an electric heater on top of the central heating for any chilly days.

Outside we have a paved pathway by the side of the caravan, a substantial grassed area and car parking space alongside. There is garden furniture and a small BBQ.

We will meet all our guests on arrival and be there to wish them well on their departure. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, plus a bottle of wine will be provided for your arrival to refresh you following your journey.

Pillows and duvets supplied, please supply your own bed linen.

The price of gas is not included in the price. It is purchased on a card at reception.

There is a laundry facility on site.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park

Ladram Bay is a beautiful, award winning family holiday park situated at the end of the picturesque village of Otterton. There is a private beach, wonderful cliff path walks along the famous Jurassic Coast and numerous activities to keep everyone entertained. These include a kids club, playground, restaurant with views out to sea, beach shop, indoor swimming pool for children and adults, family entertainment at the Three Rocks Entertainment Complex with live entertainment, an adventure playground, crazy golf, take away/snack bar, bar, amusement arcade and satellite TV (good for live football coverage).

In the caravan are two folders crammed with things to do should you venture outside the park to see our beautiful county. There is something to suit everyone's taste, hobbies and interests.

When in the park the children can play while their parents enjoy some quality time together.
