Outside there is an enclosed veranda area which is completely safe for children and adults to relax day or night with the patio chairs. There is a light around the veranda.

For your convenience we have also provided an iron, ironing board and hoover.

Our caravan is situated very close to a green area which is enclosed and children can play.

The caravan is maintained and cleaned by ourselves (Micheal and Julia) and is totally immaculate.

Couples and families only please; the park doesn’t allow same sex groups.

Location

Seaways Caravan Park is a relatively small park with just 101 caravans. It is perfectly situated as a family park; Butlins is just next door and the beach is just 2 minutes walk from the park, with no main roads to cross.

On the sea front there are three family pubs, all of them selling good pub food and providing family entertainment every weekend, and all week during children’s holidays. There are amusements, a burger bar and excellent fish and chip shop.

Fantasy Island is approximately 5 minutes drive from Seaways; alternatively you can walk along the sea front or catch the bus as there is a bus stop around the corner from the site which has a regular time table during peak season.

Places of interest to visit include Hardy's Animal Farm which is situated on Sea Lane, Ingoldmells, and also the Seal sanctuary which is situated on the sea front in Skegness; both excellent family days out.
