Gas and electricity is included in the price.

A £100 deposit is required for damages and will be returned after 7 days of your departure from the caravan (assuming no damages). £100 to confirm holiday booking is required for each 7 day let with the remainder payable 6 weeks prior to start of your holiday.

The National Trust properties of Corfe Castle, Brownsea Island and Kingston Lacy are all a short distance away.

There is Brownsea Island an important wildlife site, Lulworth Cove, Bournemouth with its theatre, restaurants and shopping centre , various theme parks, Corfe Castle, Portland, Monkey World in Weymouth, and many more.

Poole itself also boasts Blue Flag sandy beaches, golf, a harbour, restaurants and many shops.
