The Norfolk Broads are only a short drive away where you can hire boats by the hour or day, or take a trip on one of the larger pleasure boats.
A 20% non refundable deposit is payable upon booking, the balance along with a £100 security deposit is required 3 weeks prior to your holiday date.
Electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter; this is the site owners charge not ours.
No single sex groups under 21.
No smoking inside the chalet.
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. Please keep on leads at all times and clean up any dog foul.
The £100 security deposit will be cashed but returned the week of your departure, once the chalet has been checked and found to be in order.
The owners will not be held responsible for any injury to any member of the party or any loss, damage or theft of personal effects in the chalet or on the site.
