As the caravan is new you will find everthing to a high standard and exceptionally clean.

Park facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, five-a-side, play area and shop, although there is a mini market a short walk that stocks almost everything you would need and not expensive. Tesco and Sainsbury are also a short drive away for all your holiday shopping.

Outside the garden area comes complete with a barbecue and garden table and chairs.

Ample parking is close to the caravan and Homing Park provides on site security cameras.

Facilities on Homing Park include a family friendly clubhouse serving alcohol and soft drinks, with a small cafe which supplies take away food and refreshments. Also on site is an outside swimming pool and lounge area, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, children's play areas and a laundry.

Homing Park is close to all local amenities including a supermarkets and restaurants. It is just a short distance from Whitstable, Seasalter, Herne Bay, Ramsgate, Canterbury, Dover and Margate.
