Booking conditions

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 8 persons.

Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules).

Lead name must be over 21 years old.

A £50 deposit per week is required to secure your holiday. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received. The final balance must be paid no later than 28 days before commencement of holiday or caravan may be relet and deposit forfeited.

A £50 security deposit per week will be added to the final price which will be refunded within 7/10 working days of vacating the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages or damage.

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or debit/credit card over the phone.

North Shore Holiday Centre

North Shore Holiday Centre is ideally located on the A52 Skegness to Ingoldmelds road just a few minutes walk from the beach and a short drive to Skegness Centre.

There is an entertainment lounge on site with live shows during peak seasons and also a restaurant which also serves bar snacks.

Children are catered for with a lovely adventure play area or you can try your luck on the 9 hole pitch and put course, have a game of lawn tennis for which there is a small equipment hire charge or just across the road is the North Shore Golf Club for the more adventurous golf player.

There is also a small supermarket, a hair dressing salon and a launderette all to make your holiday more enjoyable. Butlins Holiday Centre is located just a 5 minute drive down the road and is open for day visitors.
