Coghurst Hall is situated in 50 acres of woodland set around a large lake. For those interested, fishing licenses can be purchased on site.

The lakes are reportedly well stocked with various species, and dedicated pitches have been allocated around the site.

The park benefits from an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and health club. Evening entertainment is arranged throughout the season in the country club, with live bands, discos and of course a well stocked bar. Good food is available if you don't fancy cooking, and there is a children's club, aptly named the 'loopy club' and also a disco for teenagers.

Locally

The seaside town of Hastings is 3 miles away and boasts the largest shore based fishing fleet in England. The usual seaside attractions are available including carting and crazy golf. The old town is very picturesque with cobbled streets, a wide variety of pubs and restaurants and some lovely fresh fish stalls in and around the fishermans huts. For the golfers, there are two courses close by.

The historic towns of Rye and Battle are a short drive away with various other sites of interest in the surrounding area.
