A comfortable, 2 bedroom chalet to let on the popular California Sands Estate in North Norfolk, yet set in one of the quieter positions, and sleeping 6.

The chalet has undergone extensive interior refurbishment during the winter of 2010-11, including ceramic floor tiling throughout.

A brand new fully fitted kitchen with separate oven and hob units, extractor fan and a new fridge has very recently been completed. The kitchen also has a microwave, toaster and kettle.

The lounge has been completely refurnished with a luxury 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa bed, a new dining suite, a new combined tv/dvd, and a new radio/cd player.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, and the sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2.

The second bedroom has a new wooden bunk bed, and both bedrooms have been newly decorated.

The bathroom has a wash basin, WC and bath with power shower over.

Ironing board, iron, and heated clothes airer are included.

Electricity is provided by a £1 coin meter.

Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels (duvets and pillows provided).

On site there is a fish and chip shop, mini-mart, amusement arcade, cafeteria, indoor swimming pool (small charge) and launderette.

Free entry to Club Oasis is included in the price of your holiday on presentation of the green key fob. Club Oasis provides entertainment, a bar, and has further facilities for food.

California Sands Estate is situated close to Great Yarmouth and Caister, and is within easy reach of many of North Norfolk's attractions.
