Owner's Description

This is a beautiful, prestigious, ABI Brisbane caravan, located in a quiet area of the Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, yet within easy reach of the main facilities.

The caravan benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, making it a very comfotable caravan.

The sleeping arrangements cater for 8 persons, with a double bedroom, 2 single twin bedrooms, and a double pull out bed in the lounge. All bedding is included but linen is not supplied.

In the shower room there is a thermostatic power shower with WC.

The well equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, separate microwave, full size fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, and George Foreman grill along with all crockery and utensils.We also have an iron and board available.

There is a spacious living/dining room, which has a 32" LCD digital TV with internal freeview box. A DVD player is also installed, with a selection of DVDs for all age groups. We have a freeview Skybox fitted; if you have your own Sky package you can bring your own Skybox and the change over is very simple. A DAB radio and CD player are also available in the lounge area.

Outside we have a large double decking with lighting, and patio furniture is supplied to allow you to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings.

Passes are not included in the cost, but can be purchased separately from reception if required (2009 season prices: Peak £35 adult / Child £20). 2010 prices are not available at the moment.

A refundable £50 breakage deposit (returned within 7 days of completion of holiday), in addition to a £100 non refundable booking deposit. The balance is then required 6 weeks prior to start of holiday.

The owners reserve the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made.

Haggerston Castle Holiday Park

Haggerston Castle Holiday Park is family orientated therefore do not accept same sex groups or under 21s.

From the caravan the beach is a 1 mile walk or 3 mile drive.

Places of interest to visit locally include Holy Island, Berwick upon Tweed, Alnwick with its castle, Banburgh, Seahouses, Paxton House, and for the children is Pot-a-Doodle Doo and Conundrum Animal Farm. For those who like to walk there are the Cheviot Hills about 10 miles away and also beaufiful coastalwalks on the doorstep.
