Owner's Description

Spacious, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan (37x12ft) with modern interior.

Our caravan is equipped with widescreen TV with freeview and DVD, a Sky box is also available but please bring your own card. Iron, ironing board, hoover and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer and cooker. Hairdryer.

Our caravan has the added comfort of double glazing and gas central heating throughout, plus a separate shower and WC.

The bedrooms comprise of 1 double and 2 twin rooms with a double sofa bed in the leaving area. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must bring their own bed linen or this can be hired on site for a small fee.

Our caravan is in a quiet part of the Presthaven Sands site but close to the beach and near to the conservation areas. Garden furniture is also provided for your convenience. A large green is nearby for the kids to play.

The views are beautiful and lookout over the countryside. The award winning sand dunes are also located within walking distance.

Conditions of Booking

No smoking, no pets (of any kind). No same sex parties allowed (these are Haven rules and not ours).

A £50 refundable deposit is required upon inspection of the caravan after your holiday with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Prices exclude Fun Work Passes which can be obtained from Haven Reception.

Presthaven Sands Holiday park had recently undergone major refurbishment these include a new mini golf course, lazy river swimming complex and Papa Joe's Pizza.

There is a wide selection of on site entertainment, 7 days a week. There are two entertainment bars with shows and disco, a third cafe/bar with pool tables, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outside jacuzzi, amusement arcades, fun fair, go-karts, bike hire, bowling alley, and new for this season crazy golf.

Also on site is a Burger King, Papa Joe's Pizza, fish and chips shop, supermaket/gift shop and laundrette.

So plenty to do for a fun packed holiday!

Funwork passes are not included, but are available from reception.
