Owner's Description

This is a very well looked after 2 bedroom caravan that sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

The main bedroom has a double bed with built in units and wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be put together to make a further double bed. There is another double bed in the dining area, which slots in underneath.

The bathroom has a shower unit, sink and toilet.

The living room and kitchen are open plan. The living room area has a TV, freeview, DVD player and hi fi system.

The kitchen has 2 fridges, a microwave, toaster, kettle and gas cooker, and there is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straightners available to use.

Outside there is a full length veranda with small table and chairs and a patio area with table, bench and parasol. Sun loungers and chairs are stored in a lockable cupboard. The caravan has parking space for 2 cars.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but I do not provide bed linen.

The caravan is rentable either Monday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday; can be discussed.

Only available for families.

The caravan is for 6 people only.

Browns Holiday Park

Browns Holiday Park has a launderette, club with live entertainment, sky sports on big screen, arcade, children's play area. The camp is well looked after and all the gardens are kept tidy.

There is Wi-Fi internet available at a reasonable rate on camp.

This is a good location to travel around the North Wales area with easy access to the A55 and coast roads.

There is a weekly market at Tir Prince, which is just a 5 minute walk, plenty of local shops and public houses. There are also 2 small fairgrounds within a 5 minute walk.
