It is maintained in excellent condition and for your added safety, all checks (gas, electric, smoke alarm, fire blankets and extinguishers) are carried out annually.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and tea towels. If you do not wish to bring linen they can be hired on site.
Gas, electric and private parking at the caravan is included in the price.
The caravan is cleaned prior to new guests arriving.
There is a wide plot of grass to the front of the caravan with good parking and a large area of grass behind and to the side, which is ideal for children's games.
The caravan is situated within seconds of the sand dunes - there is direct access to 3 miles of golden sands – and within easy access of the on site facilities.
Bookings & Conditions
3 and 4 day breaks are available. Availability and prices upon request.
£50 returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. If no damage has occurred to the caravan and it is clean and tidy, then your deposit will be returned to you.
The caravan is strictly non-smoking.
Single sex groups and unaccompanied under 21s are not permitted.
Dogs are welcome in our caravan. However, this is discretionary and there are some breeds which are not permitted on the park. Further details can be obtained during the booking process.
Perran Sands Resort
Haven Leisure's premier site above Perranporth in Cornwall, is located in a site of special scientific interest (SSI). This Haven site is set in 500 acres of mainly sand dunes leading to a massive, 3 mile long sandy beach which is good for surfing and is overseen by lifeguards throughout the summer.
There is a vast array of on site daytime activities to keep the whole family occupied, along with professionally presented evening shows in the large entertainment complex.
The facilities on site include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, entertainment complex, sports bar and games room, children's club, cafes, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Should you wish to eat out there are plenty of local pubs/restaurants to cater for all tastes, with true Cornish hospitality. There is also wi-fi access on site.
Outdoor activities are varied and great, with football coaching, sportszone activities, mini golf, Rory's playland, surf school, dune trekking and nearby golf and horse riding.
Please note that some of the facilities require passes that can be obtained on arrival to suit your needs i.e. for 3/4 or 7 days. Please ask when booking if you require assistance with these. Alternatively details can be obtained from reception at the park. However, there are plenty of places to socialise that don’t require passes.
Out & About
Along from the beach access is Perranporth with many cafes, surf shops, pubs and restaurants. Truro is a 20 minute drive away, which is a lovely Cathedral town with bigger shops and a cinema. Or a 10 minute drive north takes you to Newquay. For those without cars there is a local bus service, which comes right into the site.
Perranporth itself is very close by and is a small Cornish holiday town, which caters for holidaymakers. There are many gift shops, surf shops, banks, pubs and restaurants for you to enjoy if you fancy some time out from the park. There is also a fantastic Co-op for stocking up on those supplies!
There are endless places to visit when you stay, including Watergate Bay - where you can dine at Jamie Oliver's beautiful restaurant, Fifteen - The Eden Project, Lands End, St Ives, Newquay and many more. You can find more details on our website or in the folder in the caravan upon arrival.
