The dining area has enough room for 6 people to be seated and leads onto a fitted kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and enough cutlery and crockery for 6 people.
The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ample storage space, and also a door that leads into the bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and over the bed storage. The lounge area also offers a pull out sofa bed (small double). Duvets and pillows are supplied for each bed, including the pull out sofa bed. Please be advised however, that we do not include duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels or tea towels so please remember to take them with you.
Club passes are not included but are easliy purchased at the reception.
Short breaks are subject to availability.
A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking along with a £50 holding deposit that will be refunded at re-inspection of the caravan and key return. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to travel, but if booking with less than 6 weeks to go then payment in full is required.

A 20 minute walk along the cliff front to Barton is an authentic, old fashioned ice cream parlour which is always a hit with the kids (adults too).
The Isle of Wight is only 30 minutes away on the Lymington/Yarmouth car ferry with lots to see and do whatever the weather throws at you.
The New Forest is the UK's newest National Park with its beautiful walk and cycle routes and is only a ten minute drive away.
Highcliffe is 1 mile east of Mudeford, 3 mile east of Christchurch and 8 miles from the bustling town of Bournemouth with it's wealth of great shops, fine dining and fantastic pubs and clubs.
