Our caravan is located at 'Sandhills', which allows access to the main Butlins centre and the beach.

For 2012 the price includes 2 adult passes and 2 child passes. Extra passes are charged at £35 per adult and £25 per child for Peak Season stays and Adult Weekends and £30 per adult and £15 per child for Off Peak stays.

Please note that a deposit of £100 will secure the booking for you. (this is a breakage/cleaning bond and if the van is not left in the condition it is found in this bond will be used for cleaning fees and will not be returned.)

Full payment should be received at least 6 weeks before booking date. When full payment has been received your deposit will automatically become a damage/breakage bond. This will be returned 7-10 days after your departure on the condition that the caravan has not been damaged in any way or any items are missing.

The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and approximately 10 minutes walk away is Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells and Eastgate Market. Skegness is 5 miles away and a regular bus service runs directly outside the main resort.
