Good sea fishing can be had right opposite the van and a range of tackle and frozen bait can be purchased from the site shop.

For eating out, next door is the renowned Driftwood Cafe and within short walking distance are the Blue Anchor Inn and The Smugglers Inn, particularly recommended for delicious food. Adjoining the site is Home Farm which has a very good tea room, serving wonderful cream teas with fresh baked scones (another general store is here too).

Just a short walk away is Blue Anchor Station where the West Somerset Steam Railway stops. The trains can also be seen chugging past the site.

Other local attractions include good walking on Exmoor, Brendon and the Quantock Hills. All the fun of Minehead and historic wonder of Dunster Castle & Village are a short drive away. A range of brochures for local attractions will be in the caravan.

Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels and tea towels. Electricity is included in the price. There is parking for one car. The caravan is available from the beginning of March until the end of November.
