All quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to take your own sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases.

We have a shower room which is separate from the WC.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and much more. Also there is an iron and ironing board and plenty of utensils. Please bring your own tea towels as these are not provided.

All gas and electric is provided in our prices.

Golden Palm Resort

Our beautiful, brand new caravan is situated on the Golden Palm Resort of Chapel St Leonards and is only a short distance to the fabulous Fantasy Island.

On site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, children's play area, amusements, prize bingo and the fantastic Club Tropicana, where there is always plenty of live entertainment.

Just across the road there is the Maid Marion pub, local supermarket and several takeaway outlets plus a clothing and gift shop and much more.

There is also a regular bus route that will take you either onto Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness. Or why not try the shops and local facilities around the village of Chapel St Leonards - there is something for everyone to do!

Terms & Conditions

A £50 returnable deposit is to be added to our prices, which is returned upon inspection of the caravan on the day of departure.

As this is a brand new, 2007 caravan, we do not allow smoking or pets at anytime. Nor do we allow single sex groups in this caravan. Families only please!
