Sorry but it is a site rule that there are no single sex groups.
Smoking is not permitted in either of the chalets as the recent laws regarding smoking in public places apply, so it would be against the law to smoke inside the chalet.
Pets welcome, free of charge.
All electricity is via a £1 coin meter.
Prices include free membership to the on site indoor heated swimming pool (seasonal) and the club Oasis entertainment complex, which includes a bar, arcade and also tenpin bowling. We have tried to include everything to make your holiday as relaxing as possible; we hope you enjoy your stay. We will be here to meet you to hand over your keys and show you around the chalet. Well behaved dogs are welcome free of charge, but must not be left alone in the chalet and they must not be allowed on the furniture or into the bedrooms. However, the site rule is that they should be on a lead at all times whilst on site and any fouling cleaned up.
The beach is a short walk down the road from the site entrance and is dog friendly. Opposite the site entrance is the bus stop for catching the bus to Great Yarmouth about 4 miles away, which runs about every half an hour during the season. There are also plenty of places around to walk the dogs.
