It has a fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, oven with extractor fan, microwave and toaster, plenty of storage space, polished chrome switches and sockets and subtle spotlights.

The spacious lounge has a dining table and chairs, a settee that converts into another double bed, an electric fire, TV with Free view and DVD player, and a stereo with CD player. There are net curtains and fully lined curtains, polished chrome switches and sockets and subtle spotlights, as well as a bookcase/cabinet. At the end of the lounge there are patio doors with steps outside for easy access.

There is a shower room with thermostatically controlled shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is a cupboard in the hall that stores the travel cot, highchair, ironing board and hoover, dustpan and brush.

There are exterior lights above the patio doors and off road parking.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park

Primrose Valley is one of Haven's 5* sites situated just along the coast from Filey. It has 2 swimming pools with slides and lots of fun activities, a small cafe overlooking where you can watch from. There is a funfair, funtower complex, go karts, mini golf, archery, tennis courts, boating lake, golf course and fresh water fishing.

There is daytime and evening entertainment for all ages; children will love the daytime with the Funstars and characters Rory, Bradley, Anxious the Elephant, Naughty Ned, Polly and others.

The site also has a Spar convenience store, a Burger King and Pappa John's Pizza restaurant/takeaway, a fish and chip shop, Starbucks coffee lounge, Mash and Barrel restaurant with satellite TV, serving a variety of food and drink all day. There is also a newly developed decking area with tables, benches and parasols to enjoy your coffee or have a picnic on.

There is also an on site launderette.

Out & About

It is just a short walk down to the beach and a short drive to Filey town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including a new Tesco.

There is also a regular bus service into Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. The local attractions Flamborough Head, Robin Hoods Bay and Flamingoland. Just a short drive away is the John Bull Rock and Chocolate Factory where children can make their own rock and chocolate; it also has a cafe serving snacks and drinks and a play area.
