The caravan is fully double glazed with central heating throughout, which really makes a difference during the cold spring and autumn nights.

The lounge is open and spacious with freestanding domestic quality furniture, a flat screen TV with built in freeview and a separate DVD/video player with a selection of videos. There is also a small selection of books and board games for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker and hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, full size fridge freezer and all the crockery, saucepans and utensils that you would expect. The dining table and 6 chairs are located between the kitchen and lounge areas. The kitchen door separates the sleeping area from the living area; particularly useful if little ones are sleeping.

The bathroom has a full-size walk in shower with sink, toilet and storage units.

The master bedroom has a full-size double bed, bed side cabinets, wardrobe, storage shelves, dressing table with mirror and over bed storage cupboards.

The two twin rooms have bedside cabinets, wardrobes, over bed storage cupboards and mirrors.

Duvets, pillows and all bed linen will be provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Additionally, we also provide an iron and table ironing board, hair dryer, hoover and cleaning materials. Outside we provide patio furniture and a BBQ for your use.

All gas and electricity is provided in the price of your hire.

If you wish to use the park facilities you will require entertainment passes, which can be purchased from reception on arrival.

Bookings & Conditions

• Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of the holiday.
• Due to park rules NO same sex groups, or groups of under 25’s are permitted.
• Provisional bookings are held for 7 days only. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
• The balance and a £50 damages deposit is required 8 weeks before the holiday. The £50 damages deposit will be returned within 14 days once the caravan has been checked for damage.

Caister Holiday Park

The facilities on site include direct beach access, heated indoor swimming pool with slides, bubble pool and sauna, crazy golf, children’s outside play area and inside soft play areas, kids clubs, bike and kart hire, outdoor sports facilities, amusements, convenience store with bakery and off licence, hairdressers, launderette, Papa John’s pizza, traditional fish and chip shop, Chinese take away, Mash and Barrel Bar-Café-Restaurant, The Old Cottage Inn (over 18s pub) and two show bars.

There is nightly entertainment provided within the two show bars, ranging from live bands, singers, variety shows and comedy with a number of top touring acts throughout the summer. The cabaret shows are followed by late night disco into the early hours.

Local Area

The park is located approximately 4 miles from Great Yarmouth with its blue flag beaches and all its traditional seaside entertainment including; donkey rides, Brittainia pier, pleasure beach funfair, Sealife Centre, horse racing, greyhound racing and stock car racing.

A little further afield you can find Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Bewilderwood, Wroxham Barns, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Bure Valley Railway and the Norfolk Broards.

A local bus service to Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft stops at the gate entrance. Coach trips to many local attractions are available from the main reception.
