Owner's Description

We have a 8 berth family holiday home which has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull out bed in the living area.

Pillows and duvets are supplied and linen can be hired at the main check in at Butlins, or you can bring your own.

There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and sink and also a separate toilet.

The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a gas fire, colour TV, DVD player with DVDs for the children to watch, and a CD micro system with radio.

The kitchen area comes fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils.

There is also an ironing board, electric steam iron, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.

The caravan is on the Sandhills area, very close to all the amenities of Butlins, and has its own parking space.

Highchairs and travel cots can be supplied from Butlins subject to availability, at extra cost.

This is STRICTLY a non-smoking holiday home. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

All prices include 4 Butlins passes; others can be purchased.

Butlins is a family resort and caters for people of any age. Butlins does not allow single sex parties or groups under 21 years of age.

There is a lot to do on site including a large leisure pool with slides, wavepool rapids, children's splash pool with children's slides, and also an outside pool with sunbeds etc.

To eat in Butlins there are several restaurants including The Sun *& Moon pub, Papa John's Pizza House, Burger King and Finnigan's fish and chip shop.

There is also an amusement arcade, prize bingo and a supermarket.
