The kitchen is equipped with a modern gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. for six people.
From the rear door to the caravan there is a shower room on one side and the toilet on the other. At the far end of the caravan are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed with exceptionally comfortable memory foam mattress and there are two twin rooms with single beds, all of which have toppers for that extra comfort. Each bed has a microfibre blanket and there is background heating in each of the bedrooms.
We can provide bed linen from £10 (please ask for details), but of course our visitors are very welcome to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers if they so prefer.
A £10 discount is offered to senior citizens booking the caravan for their sole occupation for any full week, regardless of season, and a discount of £25 is offered to those who book two consecutive weeks.
We also offer short breaks at £40 per night (maximum 3 nights) without bed linen if we can fit these around existing bookings. Please do ask.
In 2010 the new owners of Lido Beach installed a wi-fi service to each caravan, and also instituted a barrier at the entrance, thereby necessitating our guests to have a swipe card. There is a £15 refundable deposit in this respect.
Our caravan is caringly managed by a full time resident of Lido Beach, who is the keyholder and who looks after our guests from the start of their holiday until they depart. Guests return year after year, knowing that they will have excellent accommodation on a well loved holiday park.
Lido Beach Holiday Park
Lido Beach Holiday Park is very close to all amenities in Prestatyn. From any of the entrances to the park it is merely a few minutes’ walk to the long sandy beach and the main entertainments area, the Nova Centre, which houses leisure pools, bar/restaurant, children's entertainment and family shows etc.
Those guests who return year after year to Lido Beach know well the many beautiful towns along the coast road, from Colwyn Bay to the Isle of Anglesey, including Llanberis and Llandudno, where there are the most wonderful scenic routes to take.
Prestatyn itself is a quaint town, but again has all the facilities for a great holiday. More recently it has opened a two screen cinema complex, which is just a walk away from Lido Beach. Iceland has one of its largest stores in Prestatyn and there are other, smaller supermarkets too. For those who prefer to dine out, there are many cafes and bars, one of our favourites being the Clwydian as it offers wi-fi access too. There are markets galore and a Thursday car boot day has become a special favourite for those seeking bargains.
