The kitchen has ample cupboard space, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, slow cooker, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans etc.
The lounge/dining room has a table with booth style seating and stool, ample seating with pull out small double bed, coffee table and 26” TV with built in freeview and DVD player, plus a gas fire and electric convector heating.
There are net curtains to the lounge and bedrooms for privacy, and blinds to the kitchen, en suite and shower room.
Provided for your convenience is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
The caravan has a ramp and decking to the front with patio furniture.
We do not provide towels or bed linen, but do supply duvets and pillows.
Please remember to bring sheets and towels, although these can be hired on site if you prefer.
Gas and electricity is also supplied and is included in the price.
We require a £100 deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
The Area
The area is ideal for walkers and surfers as there are miles of sand dunes and paths down to the beautiful beach.
The nearest village is Perranporth which is about 1 mile away and an easy walk over the sand dunes or the beach. There is a beautiful wide beach here and is very popular. There are supermarkets, bakers, butcher shops, surf shops, bars and cafes to be found here.
Perran Sands is an ideal base to visit Cornwall's towns and villages and many places of interest.

chargeable. These are available from reception on arrival. We do not have 2011 prices for the passes, but can let you know as soon as we get the information.
