The kitchen and dining area is large and open plan that leads into the main lounge, which gives all the comforts of home.

The caravan has shower room with shower cubicle and sink, and a separate toilet with sink.

Rules & Regulations

A £75 non refundable deposit is needed within 5 days to secure your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the holiday.

A £50 bond is also required, which is refunded on return of the keys and on condition that the caravan is left in clean order with no breakages.

Kingfisher Park

Well known Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells is a first class site. It has 24 hour CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system for entry and exit of the site, which gives added peace of mind.

Kingfisher Park is ideally situated; whilst being quiet it is still in the heart of all the action with Fantasy Island and all its rides, Eastgate seven day market, amusement arcades and numerous pubs and places to eat.

Kingfisher's adjoining sister site Coastfields Holiday Village, gives extra action with an indoor pool, food, kids club and show bar with nightly shows.

Access to these amenities are charged separately through daily or weekly passes.

Local Area

Main attraction Fantasy Island gives endless entertainment for all ages with numerous rides and 2 main roller coasters, Millennium and Jubilee Odyssey.

Locally there are numerous bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants and arcades. A must try is the Silly Billy's mega breakfast located near the Kingfisher site main entrance - not for the faint hearted!

Skegness main town is just a short bus ride or car drive away with its sea front, pleasure beach, ample shopping, restaurants and traditional pubs giving plenty of things to do for the big kids as well.

With the beautiful beach only a five minute walk away, the caravan gives the ideal full package for a great holiday.
